Adtrans Hino Charity Golf Day Raises $45,927.00 for Starlight Children’s Foundation
Adtrans Hino is proud to stand alongside The Starlight Children’s Foundation, helping bring happiness to seriously ill children and their families. On Friday, 12 September, we hosted our very first major fundraising event — a Charity Golf Day at Brighton Lakes Golf and Recreation Club.
The response was overwhelming, with a record 33 teams and 132 players registering for the day. Under perfect weather, players enjoyed a spirited round of golf, friendly competition, and plenty of fun. Off the course, the excitement continued with ad hoc raffles and fundraising activities, as everyone came together to raise as much as possible for this important cause

We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the incredible team at Starlight who joined us on the day. A special mention goes to Miranda and Verena for bringing energy and keeping everything running seamlessly, and to John Meagher from the Foundation for sharing his deeply personal story about his son Max’s illness, recovery, and the vital role Starlight played in their journey. His words were a powerful reminder of why public support is so important—enabling the Foundation to continue their life-changing work for children facing some of the toughest times of their lives.
